On Saturday, Tahira shared the tale with her Instagram followers via a Reel, in an effort to raise awareness about the condition known as bottle gourd poisoning.

In the video, Tahira describes how, despite its bitter taste, she had a combination of “haldi, doodhi, and amla” (turmeric, bottle gourd juice, and Indian gooseberry) and ended up with “17 episodes of vomiting” and her “blood pressure dropping to 40.” “PLS LISTEN TO THIS!” Tahira said in the caption.
